For 4 people:
2 cloves of garlic,
1 pinch of salt,
1 red pepper,
2 ripe tomatoes,
1 sprig of chopped basil leaves,
400 grammes of farfalle (bow-tie) type pasta,
2 cans of tuna in partridge sauce,
1 green pepper,
20 black olives,
1 pinch of oregano powder,
1 dash of pepper.
PreparationScald the tomatoes in boiling water, leave them to cool a little.
Then, peel and cut them in half and add a little salt to them so that they lose water.
Cut them into slices.
Wash, dry and cut the peppers into long strips.

Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water until it is "al dente".
Drain it and put it in a salad bowl.
Add the tomatoes, olives, peppers, the tuna after flaking it and all its sauce and the mixture of garlic and basil.
Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with oregano.
Mix everything carefully and garnish with the remaining basil leaves.
